Triangular shadows after backlight repair?

Hey guys, I have just completed a backlight repair on my LG tv. The backlights where working fine as I tested them before I put them in. I think these triangles could be shadows casted from a sheet of plastic/filter i put on the wrong way any thoughts on this?

Liam Stout looks like your polarizer sheet is inside out. You may have to turn it around.

Yer I had the polariser sheet in the wrong order changing the order of these fixed it .

@Igor Bezverhni same issue. Reversed polariser....;-)
