What are the ways to reset

Hi,
Not sure but turn on the speaker and then try pressing the Phone and Volume Up buttons both together. After a couple of seconds the speaker will turn off. Release both the buttons.
The speaker should have been reset. i.e all pairing information will be lost and it will have to be paired again to a BT device.
Turn on the speaker again in the normal manner and it should be able to be paired again with a BT device by pressing the BT button so that it can be detected and paired to a BT host device
