sim tray reader replacement

I have seen several places selling the Iphone 4 sim tray readers as seen here-> http://www.wirelesspartsinc.com/iphone4g... but i havent seen a video or guide on how to remove and install a new one. Thanks for any help you can give.

It's a pretty tough job to solder those little pins. Hope you have a good soldering station, a magnifying lamp and a steady hand. Check out this video there is also another one but you have to subscribe to their site on here
