The trackpad isn’t quite flush with the body. The bottom kind of sits a couple mm above it’s recession. It’s not anything problematic, but I’ve only recently noticed it after doing a battery change. I’m not sure if it was like that before or if that’s just how it’s supposed to be.

The trackpad is at best a sheet or two of paper thickness lower: a few mil’s (thousands of an inch) not millimeters!
