Battery issues even after replacement

Hey! I have a problem like this:

1) The phone turns on only when the charger is connected.

2) the phone heats up even when turned off

3) the phone runs out of battery quickly

Any thoughts on this?

P.S. I replaced the battery, but the problem persists
