Double (red,yellow,green) grid on display
2013 optima… replaced reverse camera, now have picture but also have two grids on screen…?????

Did you install an OEM rear view camera?
If not, I’m wondering if the camera’s software is overlaying its grid lines over the grid lines supplied by the head unit. Don’t know how to overcome this unless there is some way to turn off the grid lines in the head unit. No settings for the camera are shown in the owner manual
The part number for a 2011-2013 Kia Optima rear view camera is 95760-2T002FFF

I believe your problem would be either a software generation problem, an error with the screen or a faulty screen.
