Why does my tower fan keep stopping and starting?
I’ve had this Ansio oscillating tower fan for a few years, but now when I turn it on it will work for a few seconds, suddenly stop working, then gradually get stronger and stronger until it’s at its original strength. It seems to be on a kind of cycle, always working for the same amount of time, then stopping for the same amount if time etc.
I’ve tried turning it off and on again, changing the intensity settings, turning the oscillation on then off again. How can I fix this?

What is the model number of the fan?
You may have to open the fan and check if the blades spin freely when spun by hand. Disconnect the power if you try this.
