New World NWDH8XWD Washer Dryer showing error code CL on display.
My New World NWDH8XWD Washer Dryer is showing error code CL on the display, but the door opens. The buttons make a sound when you press them but don't let you choose a function. The dial also makes a noise when you turn it, but doesn't let you choose a function either. It's been turned off at the wall, unplugged and plugged back in, left for a while, pressed the power button down for a few seconds, pressed the hold button for a few seconds but nothing is working. It's under 12 months old.

@jwright81 have you already called the support number for the appliance? This should still be covered under warranty. All the errors your appliance has going on sound pretty involved and most likely not a straight forward repair. Since it does say CL but it is not locked etc. I would probably start with the door lock.

@oldturkey03 yeah I've spoken to the manufacturer and support but they've told me they charge for repairs even though it's under warranty which is scandalous.
