Switch Lite No Buttons Working Except for Home and Volume Buttons

Hey guys,

So as described none of the d-pad buttons work or shoulder buttons, just the homepage button and the volume buttons from what I can tell. The touchscreen works so I’ve been able to update it but still the issue persists. Any ideas? Thanks.

is this a new problem or had you fixed or otherwise tampered with the console beforehand?
