Oh like the head is stripped? If you were able to get a little bit of it out then a pair of fine point pliers could grip on it enough to get a couple.of turns out.
Also sometime placing an elastic in the head of the screw before putting your screwdriver can help get some grip.
If you have bigger bits you could try to see if one fits with the new shape made by stripping it.
Can you explain a bit more to what you are reffering to?

@innovatrix I was opening up my switch but I can’t get a screw out it look like it is damaged and I have no idea how to remove it
