If you're unable to unlock your Samsung Galaxy J6 because it's in safe mode and you've forgotten your PIN, you may need to perform a factory reset. This will erase all data on your device, but it will allow you to regain access. Here's how you can do it:
1. Turn off your device by holding the power button and selecting 'Power off'.
2. Once the device is off, press and hold the Volume Up button, the Home button, and the Power button simultaneously.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, release the Power button but continue to hold the Volume Up and Home buttons.
4. Release all buttons when the Android logo appears.
5. The Android recovery menu will appear. Use the Volume Down button to navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'.
6. Press the Power button to select.
7. Navigate to 'Yes — delete all user data' using the Volume Down button and press the Power button to select.
8. After the reset is complete, select 'Reboot system now' with the Power button.
Please note that this process will delete all data on your device, including apps, settings, and personal files. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding if possible. If you have a Samsung account, you might be able to unlock your phone using Samsung's Find My Mobile service³. If you're not comfortable performing these steps yourself, consider contacting Samsung support or visiting a professional service center. Remember, these steps should only be followed if you are the rightful owner of the device.

Hi @memar,
Does the phone have a Google account associated with it and if so do you know the account user name and password or can you access the account online from another device?
If it does and you know the details you can factory reset it but you will need to know the account details to access the phone after the reset when you go to set it up again.
If you don't know this information then you can't access it after the reset unless you can find an FRP bypass procedure.
