iPhone 8 Speaker and Microphone Mesh Set do I need it?

I have a broken iPhone SE 2020 with a working iPhone 8/SE Lightning Connector Assembly, I wanted to swap them but I don’t have a new mesh set for it, do have to buy a mesh set or can I just use the ones inside the iPhone 8?

I also wanted to know if i’m missing any adhesive by swapping instead of buying or any other part.
