Is inspiron 15-5547 have a dedicated slot for m2 card?
i wanna upgrade its hdd to m2 ssd card

No it does not. The internal M2-2230 port, you are asking about, is only for WLAN (Wi-Fi) and Bluetooth cards. If the current drive is not already SSD upgrade to one.
