My Charge 5 doesn't work

The LED’s turn on, but no sound comes out of it, even when turning on. What should I do?

옵션

hold the Volume and play button down while the system is on for approximately 5 seconds and that might fix it!

Hello, already returned it to the store. They said the connector went loose, but they thankfully returned the money! On that money I bought a new charge 5! Thanks for feedback!
