phone is showing someone elses data
my old phone is showing someone else’s data and pictures what happened to mine

matt tav this “someone else’s data and pictures” would be a good indication that either you have somebody else’s phone or your phone got synced with somebody else’s data. In that case your data got overwritten and is no longer accessible.

can you help me fix it
I am not sure what you can fix on this. You will have to do a master reset which means you will lose all of the files on this phone. The setup like you would do a new phone. Something like this
Steps to Reset Settings
This resets the phone to factory default settings.
Open the flip and press OK [Menu].
Press 9 or Settings & Tools.
Press 6 or Phone Settings.
Press 7 or Security.
Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Press 5 or Reset Default.
Press OK after reading the warning message.
Press OK to select Revert. A confirmation message is displayed briefly before the phone resets itself.
