Turn TV on have sound but picture is dark, it's there but too dark to see, like a negative. This is a question.

ktventuresinc just going by your description, this sounds like a bad backlight array. IT all depends on how dark your picture is. We would have to see what you see. Post some pictures of what it shows with your QUESTION. Prime suspect for now is the backlight.
