MacBook keeps starting and shutting down
So, I spilt coffee on my macbook and tried to fix it by cleaning it with isopropylalkohol. Right now when the charger is plugged in the fan runs, the red dot is shown and it boots after a while. Unfortunately every time it boots it shows the apple logo and a loading bar which loads to about 1/3 before it shuts down, it then immediately boots up again. It will keep starting, loading and dying until I unplug the charger which it dies.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The MagSafe charger is telling you you either have not given the system enough time to charge or the battery is not accepting the charge.
You'll need to disconnect the battery and just using the MagSafe charger see if the system will boot up with it alone.

When disconnecting the battery it does not turn on at all. I've also noticed that the MagSafe charger doesn't show the red dot anymore but the behavior is still the same.
EDIT: The charger is pretty beat up

@yzdnegel -Is the MagSafe LED Green now? Did you try disconnecting the battery as I recommended? Follow this guide to Step 3 MacBook Air 13" Early 2017 배터리 교체

I disconnected the battery and plugged the MagSafe in and nothing happened, there is no light from it at all. I tried starting it but it won't start.
EDIT: If I reconnect the battery again and plug in the charger it will continue to start and shut down like before
