Did you mean Go Plus PH050018?
If so there has been a product recall for the tub in the U.K., due to a faulty heater, so I doubt that you will get a replacement heater as it has been removed from sale.
Try for a refund instead.

Who do we contact for refund though I don’t have my receipt
I would go directly to the company if it is a recall. The fact you have a recalled item should be good enough even without a receipt.
