When I plug my charger in the first light blinks white 3-4 times then stops then I go to turn it on and it blinks red 3 times and then nothing else happened. I’m confused and don’t know that to do now.

go to a repair shop and ask them how many amps the device takes if it is too low ask them to replace the charging port
or your power brick doesn't take enough power so get a 1000 wats brick

Pizza Senpai that means that it is not charging. First off course try a restart. Ifg that does not work, try a reset. instructions for that on here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208306 and if that does not work consider replacing the battery.
Of course, check your charger, the charging cable and clean the charging port with a few puffs of compressed air.
