black spot appearing on phone LCD

I have the same problem that they discussed about black spot appearing on phone LCD after display broken,I want to any solution to fix this problem without changing LCD because I can't use my phone sparingly I am studying with my phone online classes books and many things that I do with my phone that's why I have to fix this problem, Please give me any solution to fix this except use phone sparingly because I have said that... Please help
