My game cartridge wont be read

I know many have been awnsered before but for me all of my 3ds/ds games work perfectly fine except one of them (Yo-kai Watch 2) i bought it online and before i came to this website i saw how to try and fix it and i havent tried it yet but when i look at the cartridge it looks completely fine. I’m not sure if its a fake cartridge or if something is wrong with the cartridge. either way i really want to play this game and if anyone can help please respond. Thanks.

@cheezborgarh since "all of my 3ds/ds games work perfectly fine except one of them (Yo-kai Watch 2)" it is the game. Return it to whoever sold it to you and get a replacement. There really is not much that can be fixed on this.
