Finally got around to open up my headset as I have yet to see anyone find do a tear down covering this headset and managed to remove the battery to get a quick picture of it to hopefully track such down but so far without any luck. Making this incase anyone might know of a supplier or just to have the images out there for others to hopefully find without tearing down their own head set.

I can't seem to find any direct replacements, but one thing you can do, is to measure the battery's dimensions, then search online and find one that's as close as you can (note that millimeters matters!).
It needs to be Li-Ion rechargeable, 3.7V, but the mAh and Wh ratings aren't that important, as long as they're not significantly lower.
