Ifixit does not do repairs.
Here you can receive advice on how to fix it yourself or what to do if you can't do this.
According to this supplier, there seem to be two LCD panels available for your model, if it is the touchscreen version that is.
HP part numbers 788625-001 & 788626-001
If you search online using the part number only there are results for suppliers which have prices.
Usually the part number can be found on the back of the LCD panel in your PC if you wish to verify which one you have so that you can order the correct one
Unfortunately I couldn't find a service manual for the AIO which shows how to access the panel to replace it.
If replacing it yourself is not an option, contact a reputable, professional electronics or laptop repair service and ask for a quote.
Hopefully a start.
