When I turn on my PC sometimes there is a beep sound comes and then PC after that not turn on after I press again the same sound comes and sometimes it happens if the PC turns on there was some lines come on the running PC and the PC stucks there mouse keyword not works and I have to shutdown the PC by pressing the on of button of CPU I have even reinstall window on my PC but my problem is not solve please help me.

Usually they come in a pattern, that repeats itself.

I think it is best to go to a repair shop and get it checked and see what is wrong.
As it is quite difficult to determine the problem as technically reinstalling Windows should normally work.
