When did you clean your radiator and coolant system? I think your radiator has been choked. A radiator is made up of small pipes that flow the coolant liquid. This coolant gets heat while moving in the engine. The engine becomes cool and the coolant got heat.
With the help of a radiator pump, it reaches the radiator and gets cool by a fan and air. Now cooled coolant once again went to the engine and gets heat from the engine. This process keeps running while your vehicle starts.
If the radiator pipe gets choked, the coolant won't flow in it and cool. You have to clean the radiator from time to time. Look at the chocked radiator pic below:
