Why won't my computer turn on?

I just change the battery of mi laptop but now It doesn't turn on, It just turns on the back light of the keyboard and then turn back off repeatedly. I did everything like in the instructions and I had already disconnected and connected the old battery to check this doesn't happen. If someone knows something about this, please let me know!
