My Samsung WA48H7400AW/A2 makes loud noise s when it’s going through washing stage. It fills with water but I don’t see the clothes spinning or moves around in water during washing stage. However it will spin to dry though. Please help

Here's the service manual for the washer that may help.
Go to p.4 & 10 to view how to enter the Test Mode and then the diagnostic code check mode, to see what error codes are stored in the washer.
The code should tell you what the problem is. See p.2-3 for what the codes mean.
Hopefully a start.
