The lense doesn't open when I turn the power on
i don't think it was dropped but the lense doesnt open when i power up

It is possible that your lens is simply stuck. This can happen due to grit and grim on the lens body, or it may have been turned on with a blocked lens and jumped the mechanism. Check this site for some decent tips in how to free the lens. It is generic, but still may work for your camera. If you need to get deeper into the lens, use one of the guides from here.
