Can Dell Vostro 5502 Motherboard repairable?

It might be repairable depending on what's wrong with it as you only said - "not working", but that's not telling anybody much.

Does it show that the battery is charging for example, do the fans turn on etc.?

If it has been water damaged then the chances of fixing it are low to not at all.

Finding the schematics for the motherboard is a good place to start locating problems.

What is the make and model number of the motherboard which s printed on the motherboard itself (not the laptop make and model number)?

Knowing this will help to find the schematics if they're available.

If they are you will have to know how to read schematics and how to use a digital multimeter as well.
