Ager Abebaw what you are describing is a bad LCD display. I suggest that you go ahead and first attach an external monitor to your laptop. Should that work properly, you will have to replace your LCD. If it does not then you most likely have issues with the GPU on your motherboard. Post some good pictures of what your LCD screen shows so that we can see what you see.
