Does my Series 100 washer need to be reset

It has to be something wrong in the electronics because the water supply is fine. Plenty if pressure and nothing blocking the water coming in. It just stops at the level for a small load of laundry no matter how much laundry is put into the washer. Does my Series 100 washer need to be reset or what could it be? A sensor? Please help!

What is the model number of the washer?

Please post a picture of the dials on the washer is it a top loader there is a sequence to resetting a washer but not all makes and models are the same

Also the model number please
