How to back my disk d

So the story begins when I want to make recovery media, then I want to see the id of the disk that I just created and at that time I enter it wrongly and the recovery media is redirected to disk d,can somoeno explain it how to revert it or cancel? Sorry if the explaination is missed my english bad
