Background
Acer Aspire E 14 Touch, also known as Acer Aspire E5-471-5456, was released mid 2014. This laptop is touchscreen and comes with 14" HD resolution, 2GB Ram, 2.2GHz, and including intel core i5 processor. Some of the most common troubleshooting include bad battery, memory size mismatch, disk boot failure, and equipment configuration error.
Identification
In order to differentiate it from many other Acer Aspire E series, one must look for the model number E5-471-5456 because there are few other models out there with different operating systems. The E series comes in few colors such as red, yellow, and black. This laptop is a budget based product, and it is a good laptop for low income students.
