Here are images from the Nissan Trail 2007 service repair manual that shows how to remove the wiper arm (WW-110 & WW111), the cowl top (p.EXT-19 & EXT-20) and the wiper drive assembly, (LHD p.WW-112 & WW-113, RHD p.WW-114 & WW-115),
