Hello, I bought one of these converter boxes but when programming it to register the channels the operation is cancelled, I am from Chihuahua one of the borders with the United States, is this why it cannot find the channels?

Hi @ferval,
Have you checked that the TV antenna that the converter box is connected to is pointed towards the TV transmitter tower(s) for your area?
Check online to see where the TV transmitter towers are located in relation to your location or check the TV antennas in your neighbourhood to see which way they're pointing and turn yours to point the same way
