Ios update using itunes

What will happen if my device is already in apple logo with progress bar while updating but suddenly their is no internet? Is the itunes would also be interupt and stop the update or is my device gonna stuck on apple logo with progress bar? And lastly does it gonna brick my entire phone?

No, it shouldn't break anything. iTunes downloads the entire update file before beginning the update, so it should progress as normal. Hope this helps
