Mohamed Mahmoud Farid vertical white lines are most often caused by failure of the main board. We would need to see the circuit boards on the inside of your monitor. Also, verify for us that your monitor is a Dell 1908Fpb. That way we can try and find the right schematics or parts for your repair.

Remove the back cover and take some good pictures of the circuit boards. Post those pictures to your Question. You will have to edit it to add the pictures. Then use this guide.
