Phantom paper jam error message won't clear
Hi
My Epson ET-2800 series printer says there is a paper jam but there is not. I cannot get it to clear this message so it will not print anything.

Over time paper dust can collect covering the optical sensor so it thinks paper is jamming things up. Open the printer as you would for a jam and locate the sensor, a short blast of can’ed air should fix this. If not the sensor it’s self could have failed.

I tried the blast of air and it did not work. How do I fool the sensor? Where is the sensor in this model?
