It is a Vizio part number 3655-0352-0150. There are some on Ebay which are of course used. Otherwise, you may need to rely on doing an online search and see if you can find it anywhere else. The only other thing that I would recommend, is to have your board repaired. There are a few service that offer that kind of repair. Something like this I have not used this service and am not familiar with it, nor do I have tie's to this. It's just an FYI what to look for.
