Xbox series controller not powering on unless on usb pc.

Ive recently got a used controller and it didnt not power on or connect at all, after opening up the connector between the boards was lifted from the pads so I resoldered the connecter and now it works on pc. I dont get any light or reaction when using batteries or a usb cable from a charger. Any ideas?
