Weird graphical glitches / issues
Hi, I got a ps1 from my brother-in-law for free, he said its broken, he though the optical drive might be bad, but I don't think so, I think it's something in the motherboard maybe or the av output.. the console is modded to play burned CD's... here's the video of the issue:
