Hi. The laptop battery was removed after giving error to be replaced and i was able to use it while plugged in without the battery for almost a year. Now its not turning on on giving 4 beeps with black screen.
Any help please?

A 4 beep error code indicates a memory read / write failure.
Disconnect the power to the laptop and try reseating (remove/replace) the memory module and check if that resolves the problem.
Here's the owner manual for the laptop that may help.
Go to p.15 to view the procedure. Assuming that the battery is still not installed, you can skip the pre-requisite step.
If it is still no good after trying this it may be a faulty memory module. According to the specifications it uses DDR4 2400 SODIMM ram, 8GB max.
Try inserting a new compatible ram module and check if it works OK. If not then there's a problem on the motherboard

It didn't work unfortunately.
I assume you mean that reseating the memory module didn't work, is this correct?
If so you'll have to replace the memory module, with a compatible new or known working memory module and then check. It's the only way to know whether the problem is with the module or the motherboard
