My computer no longer powers up or charges. I changed out the Battery, DC-In board, and am using a functioning AC adapter (it works with my other MBP9,1). The battery level indicator does not seem to be working either. I doublechecked all connections inside and out before and after changing parts.
Are there any other things iʻm missing besides the mother board itself?

Give this a shot. Disconnect the battery from the logic board & remove the power adapter. Press and hold the power on button for 15 seconds, the reconnect the battery and then the MagSafe. You should get a spontaneous reboot.
