When My television turn on the V comes on the screen and the vizio logo turns white. Then about 10 seconds later the screen turns off and the logo turns yellow then it shuts off.

@donjackson59701 that means that your POST detected issues with the TV and turns it off to "protect" whatever has failed. First off, what exact model is this. Next try to reset. Unplug everything from your TV. All video inputs, all soundbars etc. Everything. Then lastly, disconnect the power cable. Now hold the power button down for a minute or more. Plug one video source in, preferably a local one, like a DVD/Game Console etc. Last plug the TV in. Now try to turn it on. LEt us know if there is any difference.
IF not, it is time to check the boards. Disconnect the power cable. REmove the back cover. Take a look at all the boards. Check for obviously damaged looking components. Take some GOOD CLEAR pictures of each port and post those with your QUESTION. Do one close up for the cable connector from the power board (where the power cord plugs into) to the main board (where the video inputs plug into). That way we can see what voltages you should have and if your power board/main board gets the proper voltages.
