@moayd download the Maintenance Manual from here It will show you how to work on your Lenovo.
Your Lenovo should have two memory slots. One is loaded with 4GB of soldered non-removable memory. You can max out up to 12GB. As for an additional SSD, it looks like you can have two physical drives, but only one SSD. The other driver would be an additional HDD /SATA 6.0Gb/s, 2.5" wide, 7mm high
