We have a whirlpool gold series dishwasher. On control panel most lights are on but faintly..to start washer I had to push start button twice for it to start..as of yesterday it won't run at all... tried unplugging it for 15 minutes and it still won't run. Any help is greatly appreciated

If the lights are dimmer than normal, that would indicate a power supply problem. The power supply is part of the control board. The control board is generally located in the door. It is also possible corroded pins on a connector are causing the issue.
Control boards are not cheap (~$200.) so check everything b4 you purchase one.

Hit heated dry and hi temp wash 3 times. All lights are bright. Washer runs for a minute then stops
