Why won't my keys pop back up?
How come when I put my keys back in my keyboard they just stay in the down position and won't pop back up?

The keycaps and/or the receiving mechanisms in the top case are probably damaged. Without detailed pictures of both components we can't say much more. Feel free to add a picture to your post.
