Why is my phone not having vibration?

Just verifying that the vibrate option has been enabled in Settings?

Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Vibrate while ringing and also Vibration pattern

If the settings are OK it may be a loose or faulty vibrate motor.

Here's an image taken from a teardown video that shows where the motor is located. If it seems to be connected OK it may be faulty. Search online for GH31-00744A to find suppliers that suit you best.

If the replacement doesn't work either here are some images from the service manual showing the no motor troubleshooting flowchart and the location of the components mentioned in the flowchart - zoomed in to show the part and normal size to show where it is on the board.

The coaxial cable/ribbon cable may be loose. Usually in phones there is a black cable going from the main board to the charging board. I disconnected the coaxial cable on my old phone and found it couldn't vibrate 😂
