MacBook Pro Unable to change the brightness with Windows 10
I can't change the brightness but I can when I reboot into Apple but at that point I am wasting my time missing around with the PC.

Sounds like there is an issue with how Windows 10 is interfacing with the hardware. I think you're best bet to regain that functionality would be to back up the data on the Windows volume, then erase it and recreate the Windows volume from scratch using Bootcamp, then attempt to migrate your data back into the Windows volume. It happens when I download the drivers for the nivada gpu but doing what you said just puts me back to a non updated pc but at least it works that way :/
