Where is the lint trap on a Kenmore Series 80 washing machine?

Typically washing machines don't have lint traps; that's normally a function reserved for dryers. I went through the documentation available for your washer and there is no mention of any kind of lint trap. Here's the User Instructions manual.

The only recommended maintenance listed in any of these documents is to clean the fabric softener dispenser on top of the agitator, and that you should replace the water hoses every five years.

@debodun for your washer, the lint filters (washer filter plug)are part number Whirlpool 285868. The plugs are installed on the lower portion of the spin basket, with the tabs facing the neck of the basket. teh plugs should snap into place. do not force them into the opening, Depending on yours models basket, it may require 2 or 4 filter plugs. Something like this video shows you how to change them.
